Hello Ubuntu Team I was wondering what you plan is for Canada id love to own your phone are you guys waiting for carriers? or is there other complications and when will the phone reach Canada?

We are a user forum. I would be very surprised if anyone registered here was involved in planning the Ubuntu phone release schedules of possible manufacturers. And even if some here were working for Canonical and involved in these kind of discussions they would not be allowed to give out information even to other employees of Canonical.
This was the situation with regard to the release of the first Ubuntu phone. It will be no different for other possible Ubuntu mobile devices.
Is there profit in it? The answer to that question is the biggest complication. Businesses do things to make money. Here is a list of carriers who have joined the Carrier Advisory group. If there is not a carrier for Canada. Then nag a Canadian carrier to join.

If you have a preference for a certain manufacturer's hardware, then nag them to bring out a Ubuntu phone or tablet.

The comming Meizu MX4 will ship to USA and maybe direct to Canada, too. But it will take time at least until june. I thiink until latest in august. But I only read official messages and I'm only a user.
