Hello,
excluded from another posting to a own posting for all interested people.
There is only one unoffical way to start grafical programs from a Ubuntu pc which whazzup and I (Benno-007 there) discovered on the German forum ubuntuusers.de. The instructions are in a early and construction only documentation state: http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/Baustelle/Ubuntu_Touch_Erweiterte_Konfiguration#Grafische-Programme-vom-Ubuntu-PC. But you can cautious use a translation site to take a look on the translated site in raw format:
https://translate.google.de/translate?hl=de&sl=de&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwiki.ubuntuusers.de%2FBaustelle%2FUbuntu_Touch_Erweiterte_Konfiguration%3Faction%3Dexport%26format%3Draw CAUTIOUNESS because of maybe false translations, especially from some parts of commands!
But there is a report in German but with pictures how to use such programs if you really got it to work: http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/ubuntu-touch-grosser-erfahrungsbericht-mit-bil/
If you are a normal user maybe you shouldn't use it for now. Don't brick your device! If you are experienced and experimental user you can begin to test the information. It would be nice to discuss feedback and experiences here.
Please feel free to transfer knowledge to other wikis and forums. Maybe under naming of the authors if the Ubuntuusers license requires this, I'm not sure with this. Or extract the commands and information you need to write an own text. It would be great if you export some informations to your local communitys in other countries and languages! Have fun! And be carefull with your device!
Greetings, lgd
