I'm not sure if this is the proper location for this thread, so I apologize if there is a better fit elsewhere.
I have an acer Switch10 notebook/tablet. It's basically a low cost M$ Surface type device. Attached to the keyboard it's more like a laptop, but you can remove the screen from the keyboard and use it as a tablet. It's actually a pretty sexy piece of hardware.
Anyhow, This thing came with windows, which I immediately blew away. However, It does seem that windows handles the touchscreen better out of the box than ubuntu. I installed 15.04 on it, and I have a question regarding the touchscreen. It seems that I can only scroll on web pages by using the scrollbar unlike in android or windows with realizes I want to scroll a page when I slide a finger on the page. Ubuntu seems to think I want to click and select text.
Is there a way to get this to behave more like a tablet in this regard?
