You have the address wrong. It should be "Dear Canonical." This is just a user forum. It is an offical Ubuntu user forum but it is not managed, as far as I know, by anyone working for Canonical.
By ordering directly from the manufacturer we would avoid additional costs that come with purchasing through another website. Also, the legal responsibility for providing products fit for sale rests on the manufacturer and not the owners of some other web site who becomes in effect a retailer.
What you wish may one day come true but first we need Ubuntu devices on sale and being a successful commercial product.
