Installing phablet-tools problem

Hello World, I'm trying to install phablet-tools on my ubuntu 14.04 but i got this message

The following packages have unmet dependencies: phablet-tools : Depends: bzr but it is not going to be installed Depends: click but it is not going to be installed Depends: python-configobj but it is not installable Depends: python-lzma but it is not installable Depends: python-launchpadlib but it is not installable Recommends: pybootchartgui but it is not installable Recommends: ubuntu-dev-tools but it is not installable E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

not sure to understand what you mean by " install on my ubuntu 14.04" ;)

I want to install ubuntu touch on my Nexus 4 I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 on my laptop and when i execute sudo apt-get install phablet-tools i got that message I'm following the link above, ubuntu-device-flash has been installed successfully but the step of phablet-tools doesn't work
