Can't connect to openvpn

Hi,

I tried various suggestions found on the net, I moved the ca.crt file to ~/.cert folder, tried disabling SElinux, etc., but nothing seems to work. It just says "Connection failed" when I try to connect to OpenVPN. When using the command:

sudo journalctl -f

I see the following:

Well for me a couple of things were needed..

$su -
#yum install NetworkManager-openvpn NetworkManager-openvpn-gnome
#systemctl restart NetworkManager

If you have done this already then that is great if not it is needed. Then this fixed my issue by running the following commands : allow this access for now by executing:

# grep openvpn /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Then made adjustments in the firewall

firewall-cmd --direct --add-rule ipv4 filter INPUT 0 -p gre -j ACCEPT
firewall-cmd --direct --add-rule ipv6 filter INPUT 0 -p gre -j ACCEPT
firewall-cmd --reload

Hi, thanks for your input, I tried what you suggested, but the problem remains the same. The problem seems to be here:

But I have no idea what that means. Any other suggestions?

Ok I solved the problem: I'm dual-booting Fedora with Ubuntu, and on Ubuntu I got a kernel update which triggered GRUB update, which then detected and added a wrong kernel in the GRUB menu list that caused this issue and an audio issue too. I just switched to the correct kernel and everything is working now. Thanks a lot for your help ;)
