Milestone, 10 years on the forum today

I have just reached 10 years on the forum today, I do not know where the time goes and I can not believe I have been here this long but here's to another 10 years.:)

Oh gosh! It has suddenly made me realise that it will be 13 years for me on July 1st; it's almost unbelievable, and makes me feel rather old, which I have to admit I am.

I'm thankful that I've stayed around since joining in 2007 and met a bunch of awesome people. People have been and gone, there has been the occasional drama, and I sometimes mess up and actually help someone!

I'm nearly 10 now. My biggest fear, computer-wise, is that Ubuntu ceases and I have to find a new distro!

What would have happened to computing without Linux and its influence, I wonder?
