It stays at 16% for half an hour now. Mouse can move, so it's actually not frozen ... but I can't proceed. Also - the hard disk indicator is flashing, so I guess it's writing stuff to the disk indeed.

My hard disk setup is 2GB swap and the rest for /. Which is about 470~ GB.

Any ideas how to proceed? Or at least what to do when I try to install again?

PS: After ~1 hour some error appeared for a second and then the installer showed message that something bad happened and options to reboot or exit. And after I restarted - I can boot into linux, but have no user so I can't login at all [IMG]https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/images/smilies/frown.gif[/IMG] ...
