Probably ubuntu forum is the wrong place to ask questions about openSUSE distribution. Nevertheless. I had the same issue on my leap 15.5 install. I opted for Solution 1. This deinstalled the conflicting packages and installed WebKit2GTK-4_0-37-2.40.5-150400.4.45.3, WebKit2GTK-4_1-0-2.40.5-150400.4.45.3 and other dependencies. All seems to work OK.
