Add an additional line to the header?

I notice that we also have quite some beginner questions in this forum. Is it an idea to add an additional line to the header, maybe something like:

Beginner Team:

The beginner team directs their focus to the beginner area of the Ubuntu forums. Please note that this is the discussion forum for the Beginner Team, if you have a question please ask it in **Absolute Beginner Talk**
