How i can remove the effect on menu?

I have installed compiz. When i open a menu, this "dance" for a while. I don't link this effect. How i can remove it from gconf-editor??

Use Beryl theme manager to alter any effect

This manager should be on your panel (next to shut down button) or else at: System -> preferences

I install it but i not found the option of menu animation..

Beryl settings manager is not going to help you to configure Compiz, it's made to configure Beryl..
