I think there is a section in the general Tab of the latest release that says "Shortcuts" that covers most of the key bindings.

Here are some of the general ones that I remember though:

Ctrl+Alt+Hold Left Mouse Button- will put you in cube mode as long as you hold the mouse button Ctrl+Alt+Click Middle Mouse Button- will do the above until you click the middle button again Shift+F9- Toggle Rain Ctrl+Super- Pointer wave Super+F3- Toggle Snow Those, along with the Ctrl+Alt+[Directional Button] are the most used ones for me. I have the scale effect bound to the bottom left corner of my screen.

i get no rain or snow tho with those keys :( i wonder why?

The water effects do not come enabled by default (for me anyway). I don't recall which section the water is under (extras maybe?) and I've just borked my Beryl install so I can't look :(

Snow should work by default though, check to see if it is enabled (extras?) and then see if there is a snow png file that is associated with it (I replaced my default ones with prettier ones).

Also, which version of Beryl are you running, these options were included with (at least) the full .1.99.2 version and up.

I'm using beryl 0.2.0 and can't seem to find the snow plugin. It's not under Extras, and super + f3 doesn't work.

Ah, you must install the beryl-plugins-unsupported for snow to work. However, when I deselect the snow over windows option and rotate the cube while its snowing, the snow flakes turn into squares. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks.
