Ubuntu Hardware Team is looking for recruits

What does the team entail? I'm not sure what the Hardware Team does.

• Can deal with graphical issues - drivers and stuff like that, and can guide people on such issues.
• Can figure out laptops and wifi - very important.
• Can help solve desktop issues with miscellaneous hardware and 64 bit, etc.
• Can help out with printers and other devices.

The beginners team is likely going to be the largest and I foresee both interacting with and supporting the work of both the Unanswered posts and Hardware teams.

That's definitely the case. The Hardware team will take the case of more experienced members who have problems with their hardware or help beginners in problems which the beginner team can't solve. We're meant to work together, so it might be natural to see people who are members of 2 or more teams.
