Initial Meeting on IRC

It seems like the team is moving along pretty smoothly now. I think it might be time to have an IRC meeting sometime soon. We could deal with search issues, Launchpad, tagging, expert areas, and other things a lot faster than we could posting on the forums and waiting for a response.

What I need to know is a time that a majority of the team would be available for about one hour (maybe a little more). I'm thinking a good day would be a Saturday or Sunday, although other days could work.

For me personally, I am available from 12:00 - 22:00 EDT (16:00 - 02:00 UTC) on weekends, and from 17:00 - 21:00 EDT (21:00 - 01:00 UTC) on weekdays.

(Remember that the US is on daylight savings early this year, so Eastern time is -4 hr from UTC, and Pacific is -7 hr from UTC.)

It's possibly best if i just try and work around you guys, since my timezone is a bit of a way from most of you....gmt +9. Weekends would be better though.

Absolutely, but being good friday was a bit rare. Same time, following day would be better, since that would always be my weekend, and your evening.

I wasn't really thinking this weekend specifically (especially since this is Easter), just in general. Maybe next weekend on a Saturday night (EST). That would be a Sunday morning for you, do you have a specific time that sounds good in your zone?

Yeah, any saturday (sunday morning) is fine. 6am onwards my time, which would be I think 5pm your time or there abouts.

It might be as late as the 28th until I am able to schedule this meeting. My next two weekends are full. :-P
