Our second meeting also went well and, as you can see, there are a few stickies :)

Minutes: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Beginners/Team/Meetings/041207

The Agenda for the Third meeting will be as follows :

[*]Mailing list.

 • Alternate meeting times.
I am available limited times due to work/family. All times GMT and these are START TIMES for 1 hour meetings.[*]Weekdays 13:00 ; 1800 ; 2300; 02:00-05:00[*]Weekends 19:00 ; 20:00, 02:00-05:00[*]Note: These times may be subject to change if I messed up on the conversion from Montana time to GMT
• Overlap with other teams.
 • Identification in signature.
 • nun (New User Network). It would be ideal if a representative of the nun could make the meeting :).
 • Team structure / organization.
 • Community Participation. I welcome community participation. Team members may add topics to the agenda without the expectation they will make the meeting. Community members may add topics to the agenda, but will be expected to make meetings if the topic is to be discussed (or make arrangements with bodhi.zazen ...).
 • Suggestions.

Although the list looks long, I hope several of these items will be "simple follow up".

You may add to the agenda (post in this thread) or make suggestions re: meeting times.

For the alternate meeting times I propose:

Weekdays - 18:00 (GMT)

Weekends - 19:00, 20:00 (GMT)

We can also make a poll and vote for the best meeting time...

Yeah make a poll. I propose weekends 02:00-05:00 GMT Can't make the next meeting either as that is Friday morning at 9:00 for me (GMT +10) and i have school :(

LOL

We will try to be as accomodating as possible. Go ahead ans post your preferances and we well set up a schedule of varied meeting times.

And volunteers to help with minutes at some of these alternate times would also be helpful :)

Weekends are not good for me. Weeknights by and large are (EDT, GMT -5). However once semester ends in a few weeks my schedule will drastically change, depending on where I end up working this summer. If we have a meeting time that we want I can try to shedule myself so I am free then.

#6

Not part of the team, but I would be interested in listening in...so like igknighted any GMT -5 time is good.
