It's finally time for a first IRC meeting!
This meeting will be in #ubuntuforums-unanswered on irc.freenode.net, at midnight of April 29 (UTC). This means, in UTC time, that it would be night of the 28th, and early morning of the 29th.
This translates to: EDT (UTC -4): Apr 28 8:00pm PDT (UTC -7): Apr 28 5:00pm AWT (UTC +9): Apr 29 9:00am

There has been a little date confusion, so I edited my post a bit. The meeting is scheduled for midnight of the 29th, which means that it would be night of the 28th and morning of the 29th. :)
Future meetings will probably be 01:00 (or something) to avoid any confusion. We could probably set a time in this first meeting actually.

Is there an agenda for this meeting? I haven't been able to find one.
There hasn't been much of an agenda, but I'll write one up real quickly. Check back in a few minutes; I'll edit this topic.
Quick reminder: the meeting is in about 8 hours from now, which could be tonight for some people and tomorrow for others. :)
