New Mexico Team - LOCO

I'm still working on getting all the official New Mexico Team LOCO set up that is an official presents on the Ubuntu wiki, IRC Channel, and mailing list. Please let me know if any of you have any information on the person listed as the official contact on the Ubuntu New Mexico LOCO page...I have made numerous attempts to contact but have had no response. Well, I've been in the #Ubuntu-newmexico IRC channel a couple of times and I get requesting information from the mailing list owners but still not getting anywhere.
