Sticky Post

Er...I've searched the listings, but could not find this answer: just exactly what is a "sticky" post?

A sticky post is a post that will stay on the top of the list because it is "stuck". You can recognize these posts since they have the word "sticky" in the title and they have a "pin" icon in the rating column. Please find attached an screenshot of the Absolute Beginner Talk showing you the various "sticky" posts.
