They are all nice. I went with #2 because the reflections on the logo seemed the most accurate.

The logo makes no distinction about whether you mean Georgia, the country, or Georgia, the political subdivision. Please, for the sake of clarity and respect to other peoples of the world (Georgians especially), make it clear about which part of the world you represent.

Sorry, but none of those actually does anything for me.

We already have an official logo as of... two weeks ago, I think.

Choice 2 looks best imo

The general layout of #2 is better, but I can't support anything with Sonny Perdue's Rag on it. #1 is my second favorite, but I have no complaints with #3.
