Do you want to change meeting day?

We have had some requests to change what day we hold our irc meetings on. This is a difficult

thing to discuss in the channel, so I thought we would make this post and give everyone a chance

to voice their opinions here. Please be precise about day and time if you want a change, or let us

know if you would rather keep the day and time we are using now.

I'm unable to attend the meetings on the day they are held. I'd be up for pretty much any other day.

What about Saturdays or maybe Wednesdays?

With current work schedule, the only two days I am able to attend any meeting will be the current day (Sunday), or Saturday evenings. All other days are definitely out.

I would perfer Monday or Thursday evenings, but sundays are sometimes ok for me

Now that it's summer, I am free pretty much any time; however, Sunday is best for me.

Sorry. I've missed every meeting so far. My second job has been eating up all my free time.

Sunday works for me, but how about later in the evening? Say, 8:00 or something?

Sunday at 6pm is difficult because that is usually dinner time and then getting kids to bed. I can continue to make it work some but would like a change. If I had to suggest something I would suggest staying with Sunday but just make it a bit later. Maybe 7:30 or 8:00pm. Others seem to be for Sunday

in my case, if it must be Sunday, it just needs to be later that day. i seem to have no trouble getting back to my office around 8 to 8:30pm, but 6pm is too inconvenient, what with family dinners and all.

if we ended up on another day of the week, Monday or Thursday nights are good.

Saturday nights are a possible option, but one on which i am not keen presently, as i tend to be out and about on Saturday nights. :)

Sundays or OK, but I won't be able to make every meeting on Sunday. If meeting were at something like 2 or 3 in the afternoon on Sundays, I could make them much more often.

Otherwise, 5:30 on any weekday would be good.

Edit: Around 11:30 PM on sundays would also be better than 6 or 7.

I agree with the majority. Sunday evenings around 8 p.m. would be much better.

Weekends work great for me. I am usually home around 6pm during the week. But it seems like sunday is good, and that works for me.

At the meeting last night (Sun Jun 3) we decided to change the meetings time to Sunday @ 9PM.
