text around a face in gimp

if you have a face and want the text to around it like a circle. How do you do it in the GIMP?

I'm not really sure you can with the gimp. You might have to use something like inkscape.

You can do this in inkscape however.... Import the photo add a circle add text select circle and text text->place on curve (I think) ajust then export bitmap
