Vavoom, which is an Engine for Doom that is very Quake Like, but also supports Heretic Hexen and Strife. (Its claim to fame over PrBoom is that also supports Heretic Hexen and Strife).
D2X-XL, which is for Descent I and II.
QuakeForge and IOQuake. IOQuake is for Playing Quake 3 Arena, Open Arena, Tremulous, and Urban Terror.
In the non-Game territtory,
xl2tpd, a replacement for l2tpd for IPSec driven VPNs.
