Huh. Not aware of that ever happening before. Now that I know that's potentially an issue, I'll follow up another way next time.

I strongly recommend you switch to a service such as gmail, yahoo, etc. For one, you don't want to be stuck if you ever leave comcast.
I vote for gmail. the features beat anything comcast offers.
