if the 2nd release is anything like the first release, Id toss them a few dollars for a liscence. My problem with the original was stupid audio problems.

Too bad that the beta is windows only, going to write a complain. They did promised Linux out of the box and I'm eager to test it for them.

Any more news on this? I'm very interested in Savage 2, since I loved the first one :)

Nope, still testing. The linux client havn't been tested yet.

Is anyone here using the linux savage 1? I have tired to run it on my box and it seems the acurracy for the human guns is off or something. I have a XP box next to my Ubuntu and I can play fine on it with weaker hardware.

Same way as in Ubuntu.

Thats not what I ment (sorry for the mix up) I have installed the game through the .bin file you download but when I go to start the game it wont load.

This is the error Message I get....
