how do i reset my IP address??? i have my modem connected and my ISP(cox) had told me that i have connection but i can't serve it until i change my IP address....i'm using linux ubuntu and i don't have a router connected with it...

- Do you have static or DHCP ip?
- If DHCP: go there
- First you have to install pump:
sudo apt-get install pump
