Me and mike ran a class on Ubuntu and we passed out 7.10 cds to several kids. 3 of them decided to install it on their laptop, ALL three of their computers would not run correctly they would boot up (which took about 10 minutes) then they wouldnt allow them to download anything or run much of anything.
Im not sure where to report this, but its a heads up for laptop users, and if anyone knows the problem, or can report it officially please do!
There can be SOOO many things that have gone wrong, we need much, much more information about their computers before we can help you.
No no no, Im not looking for help, im just looking to inform The group and see if anyone has run into this problem. I have it fixed momentarily using 7.10, PLus, they all run different brand and model laptops
