Forum "manual" available?

Hello, Is there a short manual or guide for the forums usage? I've read the FAQ's. but have not found help on things such as:

• All the little icons and figures (apart from the ones with "envelopes", which are explained at the bottom of main page), like the little brown square with a triangle, I'm not referring to the "post icons", either.

• I found the icon to say "Thanks" explained in a post, but what is the proper use of the Quote, Multiquote, etc.?

• What is the "Beans" stuff?

• What is "automatically parse links in text" for?

I'm not sure which brown square you're referring to, sorry.
