Dear Ubuntu Fans I am embarrassed and ashamed to say, I am about to have to serve more then likely a 2 year parole revocation.Last time they gave me 9mos for not going in for 3 months, this time I have been living in Mexico for nearly 4 years.I'm sure they'll throw all they can at me.I found out my son's mother was killed in a car crash. I had no choice but leave Wis to care for him. I decided tomorrow I'm going to go back and face the music.I just can't take it anymore,.life is just too hard here,and I really want to be there for my mother as she gets on in age.And I look forward to making a career out of my new passion in life(computers).I was working as a teacher here in MX and someone hired me to do some webpage translation, after that I was really intrigued in web design,later programming and software engineering.Currently I have been devouring college material found online through UC Berkley and M.I.T. I am planning on putting this legal stuff behind me, and working in the IT field doing something to do with computers when I am released. I am really in a desperate situation there will be almost no resources available to me to continue educating myself. I'm really passionate about computing, If there was ANY way possible you could "mentor" me through one of these courses in order to prepare me for a entry level job in the computer field that would be heaven sent. But if you are short on time(ha ha) I would be satisfied with mailing me the material and letting me do it on my own.I could gain so much ground having them to study while incarcerated.Ubuntu is one of my principle open source interests. If I had someone willing to mail me as much learning information as I can get,I'd be so appreciative. I'd be more then willing to do any type work I was able. I probably won't be able to reply in time.
