Just wondered if there are any users in the Decatur, Central Illinois area. Maybe even enough of us to have a get together at release time?

Aww bugger. I visit there from time to time. I'm a Normal, IL user, only go to Decatur for camping.
I'll be moving to Normal this summer (Grad school). Are there any other Ubuntu users in the area?

Is there a LUG on the ISU campus or in Normal?
Just to resurrect a semi-dead thread, I'm in Decatur. I couldn't make more than monthly LUG meetings, but I'd be moderately interested in that for sure.

The closest one to us is LUCI (Linux Users of Central Illinois) and they meet in Springfield every Tuesday. I have not been but assume it's small. The mailing list is usually only a couple of messages per month.

Unix Hobbyists' Administrators' and Coders' Club meets once a week on Wednesday in Bloomington. Check out the website if you're interested! :)
