mailing list help

So, I'm new to the whole mailing-list thing, and I don't knw how I'm supposed to reply to messages...

Do I just e-mail the list like when I signed up? Or is there a specific address to email?

To send an email tot he mailing list you simply send an email to [email]ubuntu-us-mi@lists.ubuntu.com[/email]

When replying to a message you can choose if you want to send your reply to the list or the specific person only. If you feel what you have to say will benefit more than just the one person you are replying to, I would suggest emailing the list.

So to reply do I put anything in the subject line?

(ie. "Re: Ubuntu is awesome" if the thread is called "Ubuntu is awesome")

Yep. And in the future when you are replying to an email which you have received from the list that should be filled in automatically for you.
